Tuition Rates & Fees

Upon enrollment, your tuition cost and activities fees are presented to you for acceptance. Tuition is paid weekly through the Brightwheel app. Activity fees are paid monthly. All are payable via credit card in Brightwheel. Arrangements can be made to split costs between parents/guardians as needed. Acceptable forms of payment also include check, Venmo, Zelle or cash.
An end of year statement is provided for all families as per guidelines provided for every family.

Elementary Summer Bible Adventure Camp

For children rising 1st–6th grade

$195/week — Standard Day
9:00 AM–3:00 PM
Drop-off begins at 8:45 AM at Cedar Grove Church
$250/week — Extended Care
7:00 AM–5:30 PM (at Tender Years)
$175 Non-Refundable Activity Fee (due at enrollment)

Preschool Summer Program

$285/week — Standard Day
9:00 AM–3:00 PM
$340/week — Extended Care
7:00 AM–5:30 PM

Infant Care

Ages: 6 weeks–18 months (approx.)
Teacher Ratio: 1 teacher per 3 children
Hours: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Rate: $475/week

Older Infants & Toddlers

Ages: 18–24 months (approx.)
Teacher Ratio: 1 teacher per 3 children
Hours: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Rate: $425/week

Two-Year-Old Program

$310/week
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
Extended Care Option: +$40/week (until 5:30 PM)

Three-Year-Olds & Pre-K (Threes + Fours)

$300/week
Extended Care Option: +$40/week (until 5:30 PM)

Kindergarten–5th Grade (School-Year Program)

$175/week — Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
OR $50 per day (drop-in rate)

Deposit

A $175 deposit per child is required at enrollment.
This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
