Steps to Enroll
Getting Started: Expressing Interest
The first step in enrollment is to submit a formal Inquiry of Interest.
Please complete the online inquiry form so we can learn more about your family’s needs.
Enrollment Requirements
A child cannot begin care until a parent or guardian has:

Received the full Enrollment Packet

Returned all required forms completed in full, including signed agreements

Submitted a signed Fees & Provision of Care Agreement along with required payment
Summer Time (seasonal) Enrollment
Step 1 — Submit an Inquiry Complete the Inquiry Request Form.

Year Round Enrollment Steps
Step 1 — Learn About Our Center
Review the “About Us” page to become familiar with our mission, values, and approach to child care.
Step 2 — Submit an Inquiry
Complete the Inquiry Request Form. Once received, our Director will contact you to schedule a tour or conversation.
Step 3 — If space is available and you wish to proceed, you will receive a Welcome & Enrollment Packet, which includes:

Annual Acknowledgement

Permission Slips (as needed)
Step 4 — Submit Completed Paperwork & Payment
Return all completed enrollment documents along with:

First week’s tuition
-
First month’s activity fee
-
Required deposit
Enrollment is finalized only after paperwork and payment are received and approved.
Enrollment Agreement & Provision of Care
The Enrollment Agreement Form serves as a contract for care, outlining:

Program selection

Tuition rates
-
Activity fees
-
Terms of enrollment
This form must be signed before care begins.
When a child moves into a new age group, a new Enrollment Agreement will be completed to reflect updated program details.
We understand that family needs change. We kindly request at least 30 days’ notice if you plan to withdraw or transition your child.
Each summer, families must re-submit required enrollment documents, even if their child remains in the same classroom. This includes updated Health Inventory Forms, signed by your child’s pediatrician.
Payments: Start & End of Care

The first week’s tuition must be paid before your child’s start date

Care may be suspended or ended if payment becomes 14 days overdue

If care ends midweek, families are responsible for payment for the full week
